Resource Centre
Narthex Resource centre operates a Clothes Bank that is available for anyone in need due to unexpected circumstances and financial pressure. Along with clothing, we can also provide shoes, and miscellaneous household resources such as basic crockery, cutlery and bedding. The clothes bank is located at Unit 20 Rovex Business Park, Tyseley, B11 2AG, where we currently receive and store our donations and also where clothes parcels are collected. If you find yourself in need of the clothes bank, we operate on a referral process however in case of an emergency we will be happy to put together an emergency resource parcel for you between 8am to 2pm from Monday to Friday.
Referrals
Once a referral has been received, we will put together a selection of clothes for you based on the information we receive. As we are donation based, we will try our best to provide every item that you have requested however there are no guarantees. We will contact you directly to arrange collection, please ensure that have you provided up to date contact information on the referral form.
