During her MBA, she began her career as a receptionist in India where she discovered her love for engaging with clients and ensuring a smooth experience for them. In November 2023, she made a significant move to the UK to pursue her professional and personal growth.

She excels in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our clients, guests and team members alike. Shreya finds great joy in making others feel supported and appreciated, and her humble approach ensures that every interaction is handled with kindness and respect, something that completely aligns with the ethos of Narthex.

Outside of her professional life, Shreya is a nature enthusiast, selenophile and often exploring the great outdoors with her husband. In her free time, she also enjoys playing games and sketching, channelling her creativity into these hobbies.
