Linda joined the team at Narthex in the month of October 2024.  Her role is to issue food bank vouchers and identify when more support is needed and refer clients for an appointment with the IAG team. She brings with her over 20 years’ experience in customer care and recruitment.  She has a can-do attitude and thrives on helping people and solving problems.

Volunteering in the past in her local community and also for the youth offending service has given her an insight into the problems faced in society and has enabled her to be non-judgemental and empathetic to the needs of others.

She enjoys the outdoors and spends many hours walking with her husband and her dog.  On her holidays she can be found walking the fells in the Lake District or as she calls it climbing mountains.
