Stephen Campbell has worked for Narthex for six years now. Initially he was employed to work on the Ageing Better in Birmingham program (Sparkbrook Hub) where his main responsibilities were data, quality, and reporting. He especially liked the ethos of the program, which was about reducing social isolation and empowering older people to be more active in their communities.

Currently, he is working on a project with carers and helping them to complete statutory carer’s assessments in order to link them to supportive organisations and other resources for carers. Stephen is a carer himself and understands some of the key issues that carers face. Professionally, he has always sought out roles mainly in the NHS & third sector, where he can make a difference to the quality of people’s lives.

Outside of work, Stephen enjoys everything related to health and fitness, especially outdoors, and an ardent fan of the service provider, he is never short of something to listen to on BBC Radio!
